Jōb connects to Gmail to automatically detect and import your job application emails. Here's exactly what we do and don't do with your data:

We read emails to identify job application confirmations, interview invites, and rejections
We extract the subject line, sender, date, and a short snippet of the email body to classify the application — the full email body is never stored
Email content is processed by AI to categorise applications and is not retained after processing
We never store, sell, or share your email content with third parties
Gmail connection is optional — you can add applications manually instead
You can disconnect Gmail and delete all your data at any time from the app
