Welcome to Jōb. By accessing or using our mobile application (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Jōb is a job search companion application that helps users track job applications by connecting to their Gmail account, automatically detecting application-related emails, and providing insights, analytics, and an AI-powered companion to assist with the job search process.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Jōb. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
By connecting your Gmail account, you grant Jōb permission to access and process job-related emails for the purpose of tracking your application status. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or within the app. Revoking access will disable automatic application tracking but will not delete previously synced data unless you separately request account deletion.
Jōb offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription (“Jōb Pro”) that unlocks additional features such as AI-powered insights and companion chat. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not directly process or store payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Jōb includes an AI-powered companion feature that generates responses based on your application data. AI-generated insights and suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and should not be solely relied upon for career or legal decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
All content, branding, and code within the app, excluding your personal data, are the property of Jōb and its developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that email classification will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jōb and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, data loss, or inaccuracies in application tracking.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
